Transcript Services

Teenworks will create a transcript for highschool or college admission. However, we do not keep grades. For a $50 fee, we will create a professional transcript with the grades and information you give us. You receive an email with a copy for your use, when it is completed.

For an extra $6.00 per transcript ( includes postage), we will send a hard copy to the college or university of your choice. Extra hard copies are $4.00 each.

For transcripts, you must submit the following at least 2 weeks before you will be needing the transcript:

• Your student’s high school (9th-12th) courses, grades, and credits earned up to the current time.* These must be letter grades, not percentages.
• Your grading scale
• Cumulative GPA
• Identifying info, contact info, address, email, student’s Social Security number, parents name, etc.
• Extracurricular activities and honors
• College entrance test scores, Stanford test scores, or any other test scores you want on the transcript.

*Teenworks will not be held responsible for errors in recordkeeping or calculating grades or GPA. If you make errors, you are accountable for those errors or omissions. Our only responsibility is to make an accurate transcript of the information you submit to us. Check for errors when your receive the transcript and we will correct any errors or typos we may have made.
