Payments may be made as follows:

  • Full payment – due August 1.  There is no grace period.
  • Semester payments – due August 1 for first semester and December 1 for second semester
  • Monthly payments (8 payments per year) – due August 1, September 1, October 1, November 1, December 1, February 1, March 1, and April 1.
  • You may make payments online through our website or at our office.  We prefer that you pay online to ensure better book keeping.
  1. All other fees pertaining to the class will be added to your bill; copy fees should be paid directly to the tutor.
  2. Unless the office is notified in writing by July 15 of any changes, you are required to pay for the full year.  If a parent decides to remove the student before the end of the year, the parent is still required to pay for the class through the end of the year.  The only exceptiopns are moving at least 50 miles aaway from the lcoation or a doctor issued statement, stating the illness and why they cannot attend.  No monies will be refunded upon withdrawl for any reason.
  3. If payment does not reach the office by the 1st of the month, then a finance charge of $20 will be added to the bill.  Please do not ask us to remove the late fee.
  4. Teenworks check policy: Checks can only be held for 3-5 days. There is a charge for returned checks.
  5. Teenworks is willing to work with families if families are willing to communicate with Teenworks. However, if payment is not made on time and the parent has not contacted Teenworks, the child may be removed from the class until payment is made. Please cooperate with the office on this matter.
