Course Description:

For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men.  Teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ.

Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.”  Titus 2:11-14

God has provided the blueprint necessary for building the lives of godly young women through His word.  The goal of this class is to present and provide instruction on practical tools which will build lives that will bear good fruit and bring glory to God.

Some of the topics which will be covered include:

  • Biblical  Foundation:  Bible Study, Inner Beauty, Principle of Individuality, Personality Gifting
  • Healthy Life Style:  Nutrition, Exercise, Personal Care
  • Practical Living Skills: Time/Home Management, Etiquette, Cooking, Sewing, Hand Crafts, Mission Statement

Class instruction will be delivered through lecture and hands-on projects.  Student grades will be based on attitude, effort, attendance, class participation, and timely completion of projects.

Students may need to attend an additional day in order to prepare for spring luncheon they will host.

Course Prerequisites: None

Course Fees:
$50.00 will be billed by Teenworks

Copy Fee:
$20.00 payable to the tutor the first day of class

Other Expenses:
Please budget an additional $25.00 for individual projects such as sewing & scrap booking.

A complete list will be emailed to the families prior to school year, including the necessary notebook materials.
