Course Description:
This class takes a look at the physical environment of the earth such as the atmosphere, hydrosphere, and lithosphere. Such topics covered include the weather, Newton’s Laws, atomic structure, and motion. Hands on experiments will usually be done each week coinciding with the material covered.

Course Prerequisites:
Student should be able to solve math problems using formulas and equations

Course Fees:
Copy fee of $15 per semester payable to Penny Martin
Lab fee of $25 (billed by Teenworks office)

Exploring Creation with Physical Science, 2nd edition by Dr. Jay Wile
