Collegeworks Cost Schedule
High School Student Cost Schedule:
- Current high school students may enroll in Collegeworks for a discounted tuition of $225.00 per module. (This does not include books or CBE (Credit by Examination) testing fees.
- High school students pay a $35.00 registration fee per module at time of enrollment.
- If a high school student requests a career/college planning session there is an extra $55.00 fee.
This will include:
- A college recommendation according to degree you are pursuing
- A plan on how to gain CBE credit that will transfer
- A career assessment.

College Student Cost Schedule: (age 18 or H.S. diploma)
- College students may enroll in Collegeworks at the cost of $275.00 tuition per module. (This does not include books or CBE (Credit by Examination) testing fees.
- An annual registration fee of $50.00 (includes one college/planning session) must accompany the application. After July 1, the registration fee increases to $75.00.
Other Cost & Registration Information:
- A module consists of a 2 week period of 8 classes designed to assist a student in preparing to pass a particular CBE exam. Classes are delivered online, Monday – Thursday, 4pm – 7pm. A schedule will be posted in advance.
- Students are expected to study at least 1- 1-1/2 hours daily to review lecture and notes.
- Collegeworks cannot guarantee that a student will pass the CBE. However, Collegeworks tutors will review much of the material that is on the CBE. Passing the test is the student’s responsibility.
- Enrollment form and payment must be in the Collegeworks office one month in advance of the module starting. Ex: If a module is scheduled for Sept.1, forms and money must be in by Aug. 1. After that deadline, a $25.00 late fee will be added. Send to: 1905 230th Ave. Wesley, IA 50483
- Each student (not each family) who registers for three or more modules at regular price, and pays the total in advance will receive a 10% discount.
- Refunds or fees may not be forwarded or applied to other modules. The only exception is if a module is canceled. A module will be canceled if less than 4 students enroll. Students will be notified if a module is canceled.
